Our comprehensive range of support services is designed to help patients, carers, friends and family, deal with the impact of cancer while maintaining a positive future outlook. We offer an extensive range of practical services including: Information on reducing your cancer risk, information on cancer and treatment issues, emotional and psychological support from a variety of workshops, networking groups, staff contacts, and referrals, and a transport service to drive you to and from local hospital and treatment-related appointments. Services also include: Breast Cancer Support ( contact Jo@cansoc.org.nz or PH 034796777) and prostheses fitting service (appointments required), Lymphoedema support and information services, and accommodation for people with cancer who require treatment away from their home environment.
