Bowel cancer is the second highest cause of cancer death in New Zealand.

It kills as many New Zealanders as breast and prostate cancer combined, and it can affect anyone at any age. But it is treatable – and beatable – if it’s detected early enough.

“I’ve had a lot of support along the way on my bowel cancer journey, particularly from Bowel Cancer NZ. They provided me with one-to-one support and explained all that they do to help people get through this horrible diagnosis. At times, you can feel very alone and very isolated, but Bowel Cancer NZ really reaches out to help you.” –  Katherine Andrews, Central Otago

DONATE NOW TO BEAT BOWEL CANCER

Will you go Dry this July?

When Stefan was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer at 46, he was in complete shock but found support from our charity. “Bowel Cancer NZ is a network of people who really care about you and about NZ communities – they’ve been like a family and support network in one,” says Stefan.

Your Dry July fundraising means we can continue to support bowel cancer patients like Stefan.
