Bowel Cancer NZ
Yields1 Serving
Bright Berries Goodness
 ¾ cup frozen berries
  ripe banana (frozen or fresh)
 ½ cup cooked and cooled cauliflower
 1 tbsp cashew nuts
 1 cup milk of your choice
Great Greens
 1 cup spinach
 ¼ avocado
 ½ banana (frozen)
 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
 1 tsp chia seeds
 1 cup milk of your choice

Blend all ingredients for your chosen smoothie in a food processor or blender.

Serve in a tall glass or bottle.
