Thank you for your time and interest in taking part in our survey in collaboration with the University of Otago – Christchurch, Department of Surgery.

This survey aims to better understand the journey of patients diagnosed with bowel cancer, help reduce delays to diagnosis, and improve the support available. Please read our participant information sheet here before starting the survey.
