Free counselling & physio for patients
Bowel cancer can take a huge emotional and physical toll, so we offer free counselling and rehabilitative physiotherapy sessions to support both patients and survivors through their cancer journey.
Nurse support
Our registered nurse is available by phone or through our website chatbot to answer questions about treatments and terminology, and to provide support and information for patients.
Education programmes & resources
The more informed we all are, the better the chances of preventing bowel cancer. We provide a range of educational programmes and resources, including workplace and community education.
Returns policy
Customers who have made retail purchases from our website can return product purchased from us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase using the following process:
- Ensure the product is undamaged and in original condition and packaging.
- Return the product within 14 days from the date of the invoice. Please be aware that the return is at your own expense.
- Email us at info@bowelcancernz.org.nz to have your return approved and the return address provided.
Upon receiving the product, we will refund your nominated credit card for the price you paid for the product. Bowel Cancer NZ will not refund the original delivery costs relating to the return of non-faulty product.
