Fundraise to help beat bowel cancer

Evie was our top fundraiser for the Move Your Butt Campaign in 2019 and sadly passed away in 2020 from bowel cancer. She was a warm and wonderful lady who is much missed. Evie was 53 when she was first diagnosed and said her symptoms slowly ticked off all the usual suspects. It started with bleeding in her stool and she thought ‘’Uh oh, that’s not good.” Two weeks later, the bleeding stopped but was replaced by irregular bowel movements for a couple of weeks, which were then joined by excruciating abdominal cramps every morning.
